Polished Rocker Cover

Had a spare one from my old engine so i thought i would have a go at making it look a bit better...

i stripped the paint, sanded, sanded and sanded more then polished it then painted it then sanded back the lettering polished then finally laquered it.

i think it looks better than before, whats the verdict?

used "nitro mors" i think its called, worked pretty well only used 2 coats

wasnt to bad, i used hamerite and just painted the whole "energy renault" bit then sanded the lettering back so it was silver again.

easy job to do just have to be patient but it was a nice sunny day and i was bored lol
