Polyflex ARB Bushes
Evening,

I am going to fit both the inner and outer bushes to my MK2 172 and just wanted to know any tips on how to fit them.

What tooling is required for this?

Are there any tools people found helpful i.e. grips etc, and is it a one man job?

Also am I right in thinking the best procedure is inners first followed by outer?

Mine weren't polyflex, and I only did the outers but gives a bit of info

Use a longer bolt on the middle ARB bushes. You'll know what I mean when you need it.

Cheers Patrick but I dont think that is for the 172 Clio it is a little diffferent.

Spanishfly - How much longer bolt did you use and what thread is it? Also how did you find the outer bushes to fit?
