Poor Handling

My 182 has felt very loose for a while now - Ive been to renault numerous times, but they cant fix it.
The steering feels loose in the middle and it pulls and wanders all over the place - it also wears the edge on the front left tyre
I have had the geo and tracking checked a few times but it makes no difference - the wheel is never straight afterwards either
it hates small bumps in the road and every bump pulls hard at the steering wheel
recently renault changed the front shocks - but that didnt make it any better

I live near jnc25 m25 and wondered if anyone can recommend somewhere that I could take it - i need someone that knows about these cars and thats obvoiusly NOT renault mechanics.

G_F

  BMW M3 & Williams 3
worn Bottom ball joint, worn track rod ball joint, wheels out of balance, worn steering gear, incorrect castor or camber angles, excessive wear in suspension or steering, they should be checking all of this..

Get back to Renault and say you want it done properly, kick off make a fuss, then they will sort it properly

last time they had it for 3 weeks - still never fixed it - I would rather just pay someone
there is a little bit of difference in the castor angle on the two fronts, 2 45 & 3 02 but i dont think its enough to cause problems

If after the tracking been done the wheel isn't stright then they havn't done the tracking right. The best place to do a proper job is a back street garage from my experiance.
