Pops + Bangs ...

Just had a ktr full stainless cat back fitted to my 182 for the first 5 mins of driving it it was poping and bangin when changing down gears wich sounded good imo, but now its been on a few days and it has not done it since! Is there any thing i could do to make it pop and bang again with out decating it or doing anything too daft ??

JMS will give you a remap specifically for this if you want, although IIRC it's not the best for the cat or the exhaust.

Needs a decat for the pops and bangs map.

When I first got my ktec it's used to pop and bang like crazy on a cold start, it sounded mint, and only did it at around 2000rmp, problem is it stopped after about 1 minute lol.

But when I got my car remapped the pops went away completely.

i usto have a corsa b with standard cat straight through to back box and that diddent half pop when changing down gears and now its the same with my 182 standard cat straight through to back box and it dont do any thing lol??
