Possible causes for peddle vibrations?

Yesterday I fitted some sportlines and swapped the wheels front to rear.

But now I have quite a lot of peddle vibration at low speeds, it diminishes at 30mph+.

The odd thing is, there is no vibration or kick back through the steering..

I am thinking it's just because I have swapped the tyres over, but it would be great if anyone had anything else I should be checking?

Is the vibration happening when braking or just general driving? Are any of your alloys buckled? If it is under braking i would assume ur discs are warped

It happens all the time at low speeds. Discs and pads are only a month old.

The wheels seem fine and the vibration goes away at about 30 which I find really odd! Otherwise I would agree that, that could be a possible reason.

Any play in the front wheels? when in the air, side to side movement to check the steering joints.. If ur wheels are tyres are ok thats where i would check next

I had the front shocks off yesterday to fit the sportlines and couldn't feel any play at all.

I checked the tyre pressure - all ok. Rear tyres are in good nick, but the fronts are fairly old. Been on the rear of the car for 2 years (haven't worn - at all) so I have popped them on the front. I think they are the problem tbh.

The tyres that are on the front now, i would check to see if the tread had collapsed causing the tyre to be out of shape.. May be the cause mate

Sounds like one of your wheels needs balancing. May have lost a wheel weight and it's more obvious now it's on the front. I'd swap the wheels back round. If it goes away you know it's an issue with the wheels that you have put on the front.
