Powerflex ARB Bushed - 1.2

May be buying Anti roll bar bushes from my mate, brand new powerflex ones for my 1.2 that's recently been put on coilovers.

Few of questions:

1) Is it worth doing?
2) Are they a b**ch to fit?
3) Will it affect my tracking, camber etc as Ive just shelled out getting it all set up after I had my coilovers fitted.
