Powerflex Exhaust Bushes

Just after some quick advise, I have a brand new Milltek cat-back on order and was just wondering if it's worth changing the rear exhaust bushes for the red ones of these;

I'm no mechanic but my simple way of thinking was steering towards changing the bushes so it's all new when fitted.

Worth the change?

i've fitted about 20 or so of them and they are well worth fitting.
