CAN AN ANYONE RECOMMENDED A DECENT CLUTCH I COULD USE IN MY 172 TRACK DAY CAR AND WHERE I CAN GET ONE FROM

i got a quote for a organic clutch for like £500? think it was from helix (sp)

whats the spec of the engine? sure you need one?

The stock ones fine no point unless your running a lot more power even looking at an upgrade for the weeknesses they have.

engine has had head polished and ported , 182 manifold fitted , decated , ecu chipped and rev limiter moved and a viper air filter . have blown 3 clutches this year , one was a volvo turbo clutch .

There is no way that those mods would make the car too powerful for a standard clutch!!

Thought about driving lessons??

Similar mods to mine and im on the same standard clutch 17 track days 14 rwyb days and 43k miles.

You've blown three clutches!!

Sure you did'nt fit a Volvo turbo too?

below 200bhp use a std clutch

if you're over 200bhp and/or you do 1/4 mile then you must have a helix paddle clutch
