Whats the difference between a mk1 1.4 RT and mk1 1.4 S Maxim? Is it jus the interior?

just looked at parkers and apparently the only difference is the s maxim has an immobiliser, sports seats and alloys. anyone know anything else/had an s maxim?

Apparently the Maxim has a closer ratio box than the RT and a few other little things, read something exactly about this somewhere a few days ago.
