but do Dynamiques when at low speeds (30mph) do they sound as if they are standing still and just ticking over,abit like a diesel but alot quiter somthing similar to the noise the new corsa makes,As ive noticed this with my 1.2 and was wanting to know is it normal to sound like this.

My 1.4 8v does this too

"Its normal" was what I was told by a Renault mechanic

Its likely just be the cams etc of the 16V engine.

Theres no such thing as a stupid question if you dont know the answer. The stupis person is the one who pretents to know.
