problem with car got a noise please help!!!

hi guys hope you are all ok just got a worry wonder if you can help me....when my mk2 172 has been parked up for amount of time on the hand break or left in gear when i first move in the morning reverse of forward there is a slight knock noise that happens once coming from the front it does this every morning etc etc what could it be or is it just the brakes seezing on a little bit it sounds like it is coming from the passenger front many thanks cheers

its just the brakes, shount worry about it..
