Problem with steering

I need some advise. i have a 03 1.2 16v and when i turn the steering wheel about a quarter turn to the left i get this creaking sound when going at a slow pace ie 0-10mph. Is this a problem other people have had or does anyone have any idea where the sound my be coming fro

Could be the top mount beairng worn.

could be the stearing wheel sensor switches or the indicator switches as well in both cases.

i had this problem turned out id sheered a ball joint, cheap to fix
