Problems restoring iPhone 5!!

Trying to restore my iPhone 5 ready to sell online but it's coming up with this error message

Any ideas?

I was getting that when trying to restore my cousins 5c. Had to turn the firewall off in the pc settings for it to work.

Yeh just switched off anti virus. Trying again now

Mine didn't work first time after I turned it off, had to try it 3/4 times. Was bloody annoying but did eventually work.

It kept happening with mine, even with the firewall etc off. I tired a different computer and it worked first time.

It's Jailbroken so I cant do it from the phone.

Put it into DFU mode connect to pc and start restore again
