Problems with fog lights

okies here goes now this is such a retarded comment but o well. i have only been driving for 10months now so i have never had to really use my fog lights. and last night i was down the pub got in my car and after 5-10mins of mucking around managed to turn them on, to which my mate pointed out the fact that i seemed to do no difference, so people what are they supposed to do??? coz i cant see no difference. and i aint got those lights in my bumper either.

If you havent got the lights they arent going to turn on lol
the only thing it will do is make the rear drivers side sidelight will become brighter.

They are useless only worth turning on if its realy realy bad and your doing about 5mph.

There a sporty look thing.
