Probs with 182

Has anyone ran into any problems with electric windows ?

Last thursday all day my drivers side window was winding its self down, I would put the windows back up and then I would hear a click from the glove box area and down would come the window. I tried stopping and turning off the engine and electrics, but it still persisted. Since that day though it has not happened since, touch wood. Has anyone else experience this prob?

Am going to take it to a Dealer for piece of mind but I have a feeling they are going to tell me that they cannot do anything as its not happening anymore.

hehe dont take it to the dealer its the relay.

I think he means the up and down problem not the clicking

Dont spose anyone has actually tried sound proofing these relays...?

The sound dont bother me none.It tells me when they are up as far as they can go,then i can take my finger off the switch

Yes i have one touch,but ive found it only works with the engine running,if im cleaning my car and put the windows down with only the keys in the ignition and the engine off then one touch doesnt work.The relay tells me its up as far as it goes...

Now you are gonna tell me my cars dodgy,unless you havnt noticed this...
