Products with a rotary polisher

  Ph 1 172
Just out of curiosity is there anyone on here that regularly or has worked on there titanium coloured Clio with a rotary polisher just wondering what products you used to get the best finish. Just bought myself a rotary and been using it on a spare bumper I have to get used to it. So what do people recommend or use?

Have you used a machine polisher before? If so, what are you currently using with the rotary?

Polishes do not distinguish between colours - they are there purely to take away small amounts of the top layer. Waxes and glazes are more suited to different colours.

I currently use the Menzerna range as they break down well, give me a decent level of cut and have a good range of grades.

so what glazes would you recommend then?
I have used my friends rotary on his car but dont no what products he was using. the paint work on my car is not in bad condition very few swirls so its mainly about getting that wet look/new car shine so im not looking for anything with a strong cut to it. so im looking for a wax/glaze thats best suited to a lighter coloured car. I have seen poorboys white dimond and think im going to give that a try, but what wax or selant would you use for this? at the moment the only thing i have is Megs NXT which i haver been appling by hand.

As you've mentioned, the White Diamond is a good shout, decent filler glaze and should add that little bit of "something" to your paint.

Sealants wise, I tend to find acrylic sealants work the best. I would therefore suggest Chem Guys Blitz Spray or Werkstat Acryllic Jet.
