Was just going to put it up for sale when I got it, say I get home about 1am, take some photos and put it on the bay then.I wouldn't bother personally...plus Ebay have put up so rules about selling PS3's somewhere...been posted on here before..

why would you, my xbox 360 cost me the same amount 18 months ago if i include the hd-dvd addon i got?That sure is true about the price! You would have to be an absolute nutter to pay £425 for that! I think most people are holding off for a price cut.
exactly, finally someone with some sense!I'm buying on release day, I'm sure the initial price cut will not be worth delaying my purchase for. The PS3 will still play PS2 games but I can't say I'll be planning on using it for that. My 360 plays original Xbox games but they look crap in comparison so I never bother.
the same way the 360 does it. The PS3 was going to include the PS2 chip to run the PS2 games but its now going to run it using software whic will mean that not as many games will be supported at first ut more can be added through updates etc.Only game i ever went back to was Final Fantasy 7, ahhhh the good old days!
What do people mean when they say backwards compatiblity is available through software emulation? How does this work?
