Louis have you just popped up from 2007? You do know that the PS3 and xbox have the same amount of AAAE's now? At one point this year the PS3 was even ahead but Forza leveled it!

I've got both and prefer the xbox tbh. My PS3 gets a couple of weeks use tops for the occasional exclusive title then gathers dust for several months whereas my xbox is on at least once a week.

Look im not slagging the PS3 off, i really want it to be good so i can buy one, the blu rays wicked, its better built and potentially can make better games however, even when i look at my mates pro evo on the ps3 compared to on the xbox, it laggs a bit, less then last year, and theres a number of games like that. Any way check out project Natal (i think thats what its called, should kill everything

Lol, while I agree Natal has potential for some genres and menu applications most games (well most that I would play) simply work far better with a physical peripheral to receive feedback from or give precise commands through.

tbh I'd sooner have actual hardware/platform replacement (even though the cost doesnt appeal) with better processing/gfx/sound to push newer titles on than what is effectively Wii + and will no doubt cost around £100 to add to the already creaking xbox.

XBOX is piece of piss to set up also, if anything i found it easier! I havent tried it with the new dashboard mind you so don't know how its changed.

The one problem i had with my PS3 was getting it to talk to certain routers, a problem the 360 hasn't had in my experience. Although making me buy the Wireless Adapter is typical Microsoft cheakiness!

Valid points but i just routed through laptop so no adaptor, i pay a fiver a month to live so i dont even notice it, came with a 60gb hard drive so no cost in that. all i've bought for it since i got it is games really.

And if you dont have a laptop what are chances of having wireless anyways? I only got wireless for the first time ever when I got my laptop in march.

at the end of the day ive come to a decision 360's not worth buying for 1 game and tbh spent good part of 6 hours on my mates 360 playing forza and its not worth it or justifiable.

The only annoying thing with the 360 is the NOISE of the thing. They really need to sort that out. I prefer different pads for different games.

I also have a PC for RTS and FPS games which are multi format - best way.
