Pulley locking tool (borrow?)

I'm after the pulley locking tool for an F4R... is it a Renault only part or will other places do it? - can I get the tool on it's own (i've got the cam and crankshaft locking tools already) and roughly how much is it?

or is anyone feeling kind and fancy lending me the tool? (Essex/London border)
