questions on suspension fittings HELP

a guy with an 05 plate 1.4 clio has bought my 17s off my 172. he wants to lower the car.
will my old springs fit on his car?
the rear platforms look the same at a glance but was wondering about the front spring and how they fit on the struts?

no, 172 front springs are different
