Quick Dialogys question....

Say you click on a part to get the number and it has the option of several different numbers in a drop-down box - what does this mean? Can any of them be used or are the minor differences to be aware of before choosing the correct one?

there a list of part numbers for the same part when it has been superceded by another one. eg-they modify/change a part slightly so the part number changes. the bottem part number is the latest correct number.
