Quick hotmail question

When I reply to someone the reply window is really small & the scroll bar is as short as it can go (both the up & down arrows are on top of each other)

How can I make it so I can see the full page again ??

I'm using the original version of it.

Move the mouse curser to the top right corner or the bottom right corner.

Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the window to make it bigger?

can't do that, it's a fixed window. It did it the other day, i've not messed around with it.
