Quick question, HTC?

On my desire i cant seem to get a £ symbol only the $ symbol????

Is this because its american?

Do you mean when texting? I've got both £ and $ under the symbols button when texting. You should still be able to get a £ sign.

yeah i was texting Y'day when i came to put the £ in i couldnt get it, I pressed and held the F ($) then theres a bit where you can change it to the £ i assume but on mine i cant. Where is your £ symbol?

When you get the keyboard onscreen press the "12#" key which brings up the numbers and some symbols then press the "1/2" key on the left to open the second page of symbols. The £ sign is on that screen.
