Quick warning light question

Just wondering what the green warning light under the check engine light is?

It flickered on the other day under heavy acceleration.

Really? So is that the shift light or does it actually just come on when you over rev? The phase 1 has a proper shift light no?

It was damp out so the wheels just spun and the revs shot up
