The "Wales Rally GB" which is what used to be the Network Q is in a couple of weeks and only uses stages in South Wales. The R.A.C. (Roger Albert Clark) Rally has been going 3 years and this year started in Harrogate before going to Yorkshire, Cumbria, SW Scotland, Kielder and back to Harrogate via Croft.

Nowt special, nowhere near as fast or as good to watch as the mk1 and mk2 escorts.

I used to run an ex 306-challenge car, now got mk2 escort and having loads more fun than boring FWD!

i been for the last 3 years , love it, the noises and the smells haha. good picks.

i went to greystoke sat night, and then twice through Ae and once in twigless on sun. was snow on ground too.

both gti-6s looked a bit dead but the rwd impreza was struggling more.

steve bannister is a legend to watch in his escort, his overall time was 5 mins up on 'winner' jim mcrae who was also looking fast. another good year though.

Naah, not going to the Ford one either, the WRC doesn't interest me now, I haven't been to "Wales Rally GB" since 1999.

The 306 was going ok on some of the stages but personally I'd limit the event to historics, seems odd seeing a load of old Mk2's etc then an Astra, Impreza and 2 306's.

Dan_cup, I watched at Dalby 1, Dalby 2, Greystoke, Dumfries Service, Heath Hall x2, Ash Park, Roughside, Pundershaw and Croft x2... I lived in my Clio for 3 days! Brilliant event, can't wait for next year

Dont really need to go as I live in cardiff anyway and generally see them ripping the city centre in the days!!! Good fun watching muppets in shitty corsas having a go off the lights against one of them rally slags!!!!
