Whoooaa! Dude alert!! LOL!

Just read your 250 vs FRS thread, you def made the right choice! If it was me i would have picked the FRS, although my senisble head would have said go with white, the rest of me would be screaming for the green! LOL.

I have to say Royston - what an epic, epic choice of replacement. AND in the best colour too. :)

I had some tool in a white FRS the other night, brrraaaapping up behind me (in traffic :S) and pulling out as if to overtake half-a-dozen cars. It did nothing to dampen my respect for the motor - even if the driver was a prize weld.

Nice one!

I think I've been freakishly lucky with my heap. 85k miles, numerous track days, and f**k all rattles. But, having taken a few interiors apart, the Ph1's do seem a bit more solid in a few area's, like the steering cowl being screwed together rather than wobbly clips.

Roy, how long before you call your FRS a shed?
TBF, we all react the same way. Once we've decided to change, all the minor faults that don't bother us normally seem magnified. And any faults with the new car, are easily ignored. Always the way.

My 306rallye was a rattling, tapping, shed of a car. With a heavier clutch than an F40. But all I remember vividly now, is the epic steering, and using the side window as much as the front on a b-road jaunt.
