It works

Not as good on a road car with arch liners etc but should still be as good as any IK setup you can buy easily, especially with the shallow angle on the elbow onto the TB.

I'm 99% sure the silicone bend is the wrong way round, the tighter radius goes onto the throttle body and the shallow bend joins to the airbox.
