Raceland coilovers

  clio sport 172
Hi, is 54mm hole spacing between the bolt hole centres at the bottom of the front shock absorbers ok for ph1 172?
Are standard top mounts ok or do i need the uprated ones?

thnx

standard top mounts will work with about any coilovers. and yes, the bolt spacing for the 172 is 54 mm

ok thanks. any info about these raceland coilovers.
i've heard that these are the same k-tec coilovers, so how are they generally?

Same as rokkor and many many other brands. Don't think they're the same as k-tec though?

They'll handle worse than your standard suspension and be horribly uncomfortable, but if you're just interested in sitting it on the ground. Then they're ok(ish)

I would save the extra and get konisports though.

the ride is no different from standard mate, (i dont think anyways and i have had them on the car a year now) they dont make handling any better nor any worse they are just very good for slamming it. how long have you had your Raceland coilovers fitted?

i thought of buying some raceland coilovers, i just wanna get the car lower (i have 16" whells)....i don't use the car for track.
so you say they are ok? they are not to stiff or too bouncy?

nope, won't use for the track, just everyday driving. i don't know if they are similar to the k-tec ones, but there where some threads about it.
