Didn't look at the wheels but I'm sure it had black bullets but couldn't say 100% again didn't pay too much attention lol been awake sice 4am he did notice my Monaco tho as he drove very slow past my parked car

There's a racing blue 200 with black diamonds and bullets that lives on Offmore. He's not on here, but he's on clio197. Could be him!
