Racing blue stripes question!

Could anyone please tell me the correct fitment of the stripes as they left the factory!

Some have the stripes at the rear ending ABOVE the registration plate and name badge and others have them ending BELOW i.e. they continue just below the plate and badge!

Which is correct?

both are correct, the more recent moldels have them stop before the plate

i prefer them as in the pic but i guess its what you're used to aint it. I've seen em go down the bumper on some models and to me it looks like its been run over by a road painter or somert
