Radiator problems

Had a rad like in the bottom passenger side of the rad and think its spraying from the top too. Threw a bottle of BARS in there and it didn't cure.
Just ordered a replacement rad, looking at the coolant there is a light brown sludge in there, could this be because of the radiator ?
The oil color is fine and normal.

Any input is appreciated

Yeah I was thinking that its coated all of the coolant bottle. Going to put the new rad in today!
