RAM-will this fit? *Pics*

Can someone tell if this would it in my Dell Dimension 2400.
using:- XP Home,2002,SP2, CPU-2.20GHz,384Mb RAM atm. Just want to increase the RAM and had this for a few years but never got it fitted and cant remember if it was for this computer or another one. Also cant find anything on the internet to tell me if it will fit.

Numbers on it are A4G223A/LITE ON 20V0 9541/KM44C1000CJ-7
So you can copy and paste it, im so thoughtful.

If this isnt right, can someone let me know what i do need, possible with a link to where i can get it.

How do i find out the motherboard? Can i find out without taking the casing off? Its completly standard, nothing been added.

slide the side of your case or slide the complete case off and there should be a sticker on your motherboard with a serial on it, type that on here, google it and find out what it is, what spec it is and what ram it supports

Take the case off, then take the ram out of the pc, have them side by side then see if they are the same with the same notches.

Do that search - its all the ram compatible with ure system :
DDR, PC2100, NON-EEC - makesure its not EEC Registered otherwise it wont work at all.

If it physically fits in it "should" work.

All ram in the same slot type is compatible. If you put faster ram in it will slow down to whats already running in the system. So just try it.
