Thats haribo's old ek9. im gutted i never saw this in the flesh before he sold it as he only stays up the road from me. The gearbox cost him £4k to get built but the it is really what makes this car what it is. engine was dynod at 200whp. As far as i can remember it was getting 12's on the quarter mile aswell. this is the car:

haribo's one(first vid) is spoon stroked but the other one has a b18 out of a teg amongst other things ofcourse. The spec list on haribos old ek9 is unreal.

A Spoon B16B stroker kit contains OEM parts, but only the parts that'd be pointless to re-manufacture.

Whats with the face?

A lot of spoon engine tuning bits are hand picked oem stuff.

The spoon cams are oem cams that spoon have reground to open up the valves longer etc.

The spoon b18 stroker kit is all oem stuff.

Spoon hand pick the best oem parts. Spoon conrods are oem conrods that have been weighed and balanced.

Spoon low temp thermostats, throttle bodies are all oem.

Spoon wheels like the ragemasters are just relabelled

It aint some big secret lol

Thats a good thing though as when you buy spoon stuff you know its either oem standard or even better. Spoon prices are heavily tied in with honda prices for example the spoon stroker kit was £600-700 before but now its £1400 because honda have bumped up the price of the components.
