Rattle & Banging

I need to sort out the banging from my rear parcel shelf as every bump i go over its banging about and starting to pi$$ me off.

I have done some forum hunting and came across this topic but the photos have gone and i am not to sure exactly what part it is that needs fixed or what i could use to fix it.

I'd stick some "felt"-tape on the spots where the parcel shelf is resting on.
