Rattling?

Alright.
My clio makes a weird noise from cold?

I wouldnt say its a clunking noise, more of a rattle, as though somethings loose? it only happens when the cars cold, and stops when my foots pressed on the clutch?

release bearing?

Any idea's anyone?

if it was your clutch release bearing, you would only hear it when ur foor was ON the clutch,

thats how my clutch went, it was like a squeeling when the clutch is pressed down

No the noise disapears when you press clutch completely. Doesnt really seem to get louder if you rev the engine, and then disapears when its hot? the noise is coming from the gearbox area..

doesnt sound like the release bearing then,

clutch springs perhaps??
i dont know alot about gearboxes sorry

could be a loose gear or syncro best idea is to change the gearbox oil for starters or least top it up
