How did you get yours? From what I've seen they are quite rare and hard to get hold of.
I spent over year fighting with Renault UK and the last e-mail i got about this was -

I understand you have some further questions about the Sachs suspension stickers, I have provided some information below:
1, Can anyone get these stickers?
I am very sorry to say that you are the only customer who has been able to receive the stickers, this was a very extreme exception and unlikely it will happen again.
2, Are these stickers something that renault sell?
Renault is unable to sell these stickers, the stickers are not something either Renault or Sachs supply on their own - Sachs specialise in shock absorbers and Renault specialise in the car.
3, Would it be possible for 1 more set as i have 2 sets of suspens
ion units?
While we are more than happy to assist you with your original request I do apologise as we will not be able to furnish you with any further stickers.
4, Do you have a direct contact regarding these stickers?
I am very sorry but the communication channel used to obtain these stickers was from our Head Office, to Renault France and then to a contact in Dieppe. I do not have the direct contact to Sach as this was via our Head Office.
Harry is currently on holiday until the 7th and will have a colleague to manage the continuity of his case in his absence.
