Are there any approved renault garages in the north east where i can get my next car serviced at?

Well apart from them being VERY EXPENSIVE they would not replace my knackered shocks on my car which has 25.5k on the clock. They said it was wear and tear, i rang customer services up and they told me to tell Middlesbrough Renault to get in contact with them. They didn't get into contact with me so i rang them and they told me to ring them next week for a answer.
