Rear Bench Upright Fixing

Hi All

Does anybody know if its possible to get the middle bracket which holds the rear seat upright into place. I've been looking everywhere and I cant even find a picture let alone one for sale. * the one with the pain in the a### bolt that everybody has to hack to pieces*
