Rear brakes

Terrible timing, was meant to be going to Oulton Park tomorrow for BTCC.

Just started up the car, into reverse, and it sat there as if the handbrake was on, rear wheels locked up. Suddenly, BANG! Car now reverses fine. But, there's a slight hop on one of the rear wheels under braking. I can only think it's a failed drum. Anyone know what it could be. I'll have to get it towed to a garage tomorrow as I need the car tomorrow.

Actually, it's nothing major. I was just panicking at seeing my weekend slip away. Had just been on holiday, left it out in the rain for 10 days, no-one using it so something got a little stiff. Been up and down the road in it and all fine
