rear bumper help please

on the rear bumper some clios have the none colour coded bit does this just clip off looks like it but i wanna be shore be fore ripping it off lol

if its an insert itll just be clipped in, can be a pain in the ass to get off from the outside without doing a bit of damage, best to whip the bumper off and pop it off from the inside, 10 minute job

but its got the impact bar behind the insert so i cant get behind it
