rear dampers

I'm thinking of replacing mine as they're on the way out.

The car's a 172 Cup used for track days but also 100 mile round trip daily commute so I can't go for anything too firm.

Is there anything out there a bit better quality than stock which would fit the bill?

Are they a DIY job to replace?

10 minutes only two bolts hold them in place.

Just use stock there fine better than many OE stuff IMO and better quality as well.
