You will need new holders. My lights arrived today. On the left is the ph2 holder and on the right the ph1:

As far as I'm aware you'll need to switch a few wires around too. I've got some instructions with mine, but I'm sure it'll be on here somewhere too.

Edit: sorry for the poor photo, just took it quickly. Think you'll be able to see the difference though.

Re: xxx REAR LIGHTS xxx PLEASE HELP!

let me know how easy it was to do then matey ??

where did u get lights from?

Re: xxx REAR LIGHTS xxx PLEASE HELP!

the holder will probably slot in but not hold in, what you'll need to do is place them in and test the lights, making sure they light up correctly, if not you might need to do a bit of rewiring using fubars guide as a bit of help. Once you got them lighting up right, get the gaffa tape out and stick the holders to the back of the new lights!

Re: xxx REAR LIGHTS xxx PLEASE HELP!

I just fitted my new lights to my mk2 ph1 clio last night and i used the bulb holders that came with it but when i braked all the lights came on so i just used my old ones and they worked fine.

I have smoked ph1 rear lights on my ph2, they fitted but there was a spike on the bottom of the lamp casing which got in the way a bit.
