if your rear number plate is on the bootlid, its a mk2 ph2 style. if the plate is on the rear bumper with a smooth boot, its a mk2 ph4.

the light clusters are the same on both however.

its all in the front bumper and the wheel design.

you have the mk2 ph1 (bug eye), then my top pic (ph2), the bottom pic with slightly different bumpers and wheels (ph3) and the bumper plate is ph4. thats the only way i can see it working.

Your right mines a Mk2 Ph3 the lights will fit regardless to what Ph it is
