build it out of MDF or the likes....really easy and looks smart as :D

For a rear strutbrace, anything between £60-£200 dependant on what you have
For a false floor, the price of the wood and the desidered material to cover it with + spray adhesive. about £30-£60?

Thanks! The floor is just cheap mdf £20 for a big sheet 8ft x 8ft! ..carpet cost me £13 for 130cm square. Didnt bother with glue spray as i think its crap! Used staples instead, but had to chop the wood in half as it didnt fit in the boot as one piece! I think the only way to get it in as one is through the windscreen?

The strut was from K-Tec, came to £109 which included the VAT and the postage! :D Weighs bugger all too and is easily bolted in!

I prefered it with all the trim in tbh mate, looks too bare like that an im sure it would be an absolute b**ch to carpet all that. But if it can be done would look smart i think!

take the strutbrace out, and the false floor. get some black spray paint...spray the interior black and refit it all......look better than carpeting the interior IMO..looks alot better now dude

you'd be suprised....doesnt need that much prepping tbh as its harldy going to get any wear ;)

Lol, well personaly id say its quicker! But other people would say not at all!

If youv got a back box on ur clio it is so much louder with everything out, I can hear the water on the rear tires and even the petrol swirling around in the tank (when its low so in ur case most the time lol)

Iv also taken out the spare wheel and it feels scarily light @ the back! (i drifted round a round-a-bout yesterday, wernt even goin fast!)

Btw it only took half hour to do the boot so u shud find it easy!

sorted, well iv got three weeks off due to not being able to drive or work so got plenty of time to have a crack, gona have a look at gettin the seats out in the morning and go the local buliders yard for piece of wood. Will let yano how i get on, just ordered some lowering springs so cant afford the strut brace till the end of april now!!

Never thought bout taking the spare off! not needed it in nearly 2 years so thats coming off tommorow!

An yeh i can always hear me petrol swirling around lol, i tend to keep me music turned up so it doesnt depress me lol

Yes, its all done now!!

Seats were a b*****d to get in, the runners are so far apart, and not paralel to each other and even are a different height to each other! Blame the French!

Had a custom box made out of steel so that the Buckets would be at standard height.

A very tidy job, still bits to finish like securing passenger harness with welded in bolts..
but apart from that im very chuffed with the finished product...

Enjoy the pics-
