Rear wheel wobble & general niggles

Hi guys,

The other day I was stopped by a guy behind me telling me my back wheels were wobbling, as if they're fixed at an angle.

The car passed its MOT around 3 weeks ago, so I'm assuming it wont be the bearings, would they have flagged it up as an advisory if they were on the way out?

I'm planning on getting the alignment done on Wednesday to see if that solves the issue, but was wondering if there is anything else that it could be?

Around 3 months ago I changed the alloys from some 17's to 15's, which came balanced with tyres and I fitted them myself. As far as I can see I've fitted them properly, (none of em have come off yet) but is there anything I could have done to cause this?

There is no alignment on the rear. I'd check the rear stub axle, that could be lose, or even the drum/bearing nut may not be tight
