Rear wiper

When i select reverse the rear wiper comes on which im led to believe is normal, although sometimes it doesnt do it, is this normal i.e. only does it when the rain sensor is triggered too (assuming the rear is hooked up to a rain sensor). Or another case of Renault electrics?

It should do it all the time from memory sounds like afault does your reversing lught work migh be the reversing sensor not working.

Only does it if the stalk is in the first position. I know because i make sure mine is set to off when i select reverse at the moment as my rear rubber is split and i dont want the wiper scratching the glass.

I've done 2 rear wipers forgetting that one.

Such a pain in the arse.
