I now do my own work on the car bar the pulley areas so iv nowt to gain from saying that, only stating the facts of why they do it - its just standard Renault protocal

Its not ethical to wait till a part breaks or wears out before replacing. A lot can happen in 12 months on a car and they only report what potentially needs doing during that next 12 month period.

You have to remember 90% of the public dont even wash their own cars let alone maintain them or look to see whats wearing out!

Stating that something is broken or indeed actually worn out when it isnt is a totally different ball game.
