Any idea how much each seat weighs? Just the seat, excluding runners and mounts.

Also, are the driver and passenger seats interchangeable? i.e. could you use a pair of seats from a RHD car for a LHD car?

Seat and subframe (Honda accord type r trendline) weighs 15kg. They are not symetrical so are side specific. But don't see why you couldn't use RHD seats in a LHD car.
