Depends if they're for a Clio or not?

The MK3 came out in 2006 but the MK2 ph3/4 continued along side it.

yes they should be fine, i am pretty sure that all mk2 clios have the same bolt spacing for the subfame to bolt to the car.
You can buy TUV approved ones for recaros iirc they are £110+ each though which is a steep price.
