Reccomend a Mouse

Ive just bought a new PC but the mouse is shite so i want to get a decent mouse.

Can anyone reccomend one or are they all pretty much the same?

Any other brands apart from Logitech to look out for?

Nah get a logitech G5 or G7, good mice. Failing that get a Razer Copperhead. That said these are more gaming orientated suggestions.

Razer do very good mice. I have the Copperhead in Tempest Blue, looks very cool! They are quite expensive, i bought mine in a sale, lol. Have a look on their website for more info, razerzone.com. Overclockers.co.uk sell them, they have the DiamondBack ones for £30, which isn't bad for a quality mouse.

Cheers guys, they're possibly slightly more gamer orientated than i was thinking.
Im not after anything fancy, just ergonomic, good build quality, 4/5 button, opticle, cordless.

Got myself a Logitech MX518, its fantastic, really got used to the forward back button it has, it gets on my tits using mice with out them or a scroller!

Use it for games but its just as great for surfing and photo editing.

Anything Logitech or Microsoft imo. I liked my MX1000, nice and responsive, plenty of buttons and built in rechargable battery.

Same here - cracking bit of kit. It is more biased towards gaming, but it's great for general use too.
